RCN is situated on a gentle slope on the outskirts of the village of Sveti (Saint) Vlas on the Black Sea coast, about a ten minute walk from the centre of the village. The name of the village is often shortened when written to St Vlas and when spoken mostly just to Vlas. St Vlas is a small coastal village of approximately 3000 inhabitants and is situated just 5 kilometres north of Sunny Beach, 9 kilometres from Nessebar and about 35 kilometres from Bourgas airport which is about a 30 minute journey by car. The apartment is second line from the sea and about 100 metres from the beach and yachting Marina. The Marina has a hotel, a couple of restaurants, a cafe/bar and a number of shops.
